Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started in 2013 as a single mom of four in a domestic violence relationship, I knew this couldn’t be my life and was not the life I wanted to show my kids. I decided to go to school to be a tax preparer with H and R block on the old national highway, Atlanta Ga, where I mastered my class, I got my certifications from the IRS, quit my warehouse job at Petsmart in Newnan ga. And moved to Atlanta with my four kids, with a hope and prayer., and started my own tax business, Prosperity tax . Once I stepped out on Faith. My life completely changed. The clients were coming in , I knew if I took what I learned in class, and my ethnic background I would be ok, but I was more than ok because I trusted in GOD. Moving forward to today . I bought my over 3000 sqft , 5 bd, 3 bath home, my business is a multi six-figure business., and life is great. My kids are healthy,. prosperity tax has grew so much to now I’m starting prosperity tax academy, a school to teach others the accurate way to file taxes, with integrity. also to teach women that’s in the shoes I wore once that they can get out of a bad relationship, they can be anything and do anything they put their mind too.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road, I would be lying if I say it was., but the bumpy road was worth it after the ride. When starting off the clients came slowly, I had to prove myself. The clients seen my passion, Integrity and that I was consistent and honest and in my field that was very important.

I specialize in filing taxes with Integrity. I’m known for changing people’s lives with just a smile. What set me aside from other competitive businesses is, the feeling you will feel after leaving my business. You will walk out of my establishment the way you came in, even if it’s encouraging words. My service got way beyond filing people’s taxes. You see, I really want people to win in life. It’s not just about the money to me, it’s seeing people’s lives change after I mentor them on budgeting their money, or show them ways to increase their credit, on showing them how to buy a home. My service go beyond customer service, it’s life-changing.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I see me hitting the millionaire mark in business. What I’m putting out there is so far beyond money. I’m really just aiming to change lives and let the rest follow !!
