Hi Shawna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m a certified Sexologist and Relationship Coach. I am devoted to helping men and women manage the difficult areas concerning their love life. Having a happy and healthy relationship with others begins with self and a self-discovery journey.
For many years I also struggled with issues concerning my love life. So I decided to do the work and begin a self-discovery journey, where I was able to identify areas of brokenness, my strengths and weaknesses and negative thoughts. I was able to heal from my brokenness and turn my past failures into triumph. As a result, I am now a more positive, self-confident and a happy person.
Which is why I am here to coach individuals, partners and married couples who are seeking to improve their relationships and their love life.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road. In the beginning, I worked a full-time job while operating my coaching business during the evening hours, just to keep the lights on. The clients were slow coming but through referrals and paid ads I now have a steady flow of clients
In 2020 my business started to decline due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. I decided to pivot my business to online-only, which was a blessing in disguise because I was able to expand my reach to clients.
When I decided to pivot my business to an online coaching business, I saw an increase in married couples during the pandemic due to “shelter in place” and social distancing” mandates. I was able to help couples work through their challenges and give them the tools to establish a new normal.

As a Certified Sexologist and Relationship Coach. I am devoted to helping my clients manage the difficult areas concerning their love life. When people contact me for an appointment, they will not be judged in any way and all conversations and sessions are held in strict confidence.
Although I am highly educated and a business professional, I am also a regular person, who for years struggled with issues concerning my love life. So I decided to do the work and begin a self-discovery journey. I am now a more positive, self-confident and a happy person.
I am committed to helping others have a happy, healthy and more fulfilled love life. I believe Sexual wellness is a big component of achieving overall wholeness.. As part of my commitment, I will provide clients with the support, knowledge, tools and the resources to ensure their success.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success when I wake up every day. Thankful that I have been given another opportunity live each day to the fullest and to help my clients have a healthy and fulfilled love-life. Every day is precious, tomorrow is never promised to any of us. Which is why I like to live a life filled with gratitude for all of God’s blessings and new mercies.
There is no such thing as failure because as long as you have life; you have an opportunity to turn your failure into a success story. However, it starts by giving God thanks every morning.
