Hi Kayla, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Serial Entrepreneur and World Recreator! As a military brat and modern day nomad, I have had the opportunity to live and work in various parts of the world! Recently, my path led me to Brooklyn, NY where I successfully created and implemented a fully comprehensive technology curriculum to 5-8th graders and being the first school within the network to have a technology program. During this time, I also intentionally built strong relationships and had the “hard” conversations with senior leadership to encourage and promote the need for technology courses, integration, and engagement across the charter network. Through this push and research, I successfully implemented technology courses and programs to the other seven schools in our network before returning to Atlanta.
As a retired educator and former school counselor, I have transformed my love for technology, development and education to create KKSQ Tech Creative Corporation, an organization built on exploring and establishing meaningful connections, creative expression and cultivating a network of serial entrepreneurs across the world!
As a master innovator and manic creative, I am focused on unlocking your personal and professional brand potential! As a Serial Entrepreneur and neurodivergent (ADHD) myself, I guide and assist others in their journey by taking that brain baby you have and growing it to full strength. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This journey of self-discovery has been INTENSE. From learning how to heal from things unspoken communicate effectively through depression, anxiety, ADHD all this while feeling a constant tug at more and for more. Not just for me but for my family. I know the tradition of pain, hopeless, and struggle has to end somewhere and I’ve decided it has to end with me. I got closer to my faith and my relationship with God, I went to a therapist and in turn became a counselor myself, all in an effort to lay a foundation for the restoration of self and humanity. Leading with love and giving myself grace the entire way, through!
Now, I am equipped mentally and I have the strongest village of support behind me to bring life and light to people everywhere!

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Being a solopreneur is the WORSE idea! Start to network and place yourself in different crowds and circles and build new meaningful relationships!
Remember you’re going through a transition, be easy on yourself and others as you grow into your new self!
