Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Anderson.
Hi Andrea, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Andrea Marie… I am a proud content creator, podcaster and a Holistic Manifestation Coach. As a Mom of five and wife to the dopest husband for 15 years, I have carried many titles and have embarked on several entrepreneurial journeys. My husband and I started as affiliate marketers years ago and we struggled trying to understand why we weren’t advancing the way we thought we should in our different businesses. After all, we were putting in long hours of study, research and labor in order to advance in the market we were in…but it wasn’t until we started to connect the dots that we figured out what the missing link was… it was our diet. One day I told my husband, “What if it’s the way we are eating (even though according to societal norms we didn’t eat “bad”) that is keeping us from fully manifesting the life we want?” So, I immediately began re-evaluating everything we were putting into our bodies on a daily basis and changed our diet…that’s when life for us started to evolve for real. Then, I began to put my focus on what I had always loved…being an encouraging voice to others to change whatever was necessary in life in order to live your most fulfilling life by your own rules…but it all starts with your gut health. Making sure your gut microbiome is full of good and diverse bacteria so that your vessel can be open to the ideas needed to acquire the life you want and you’ll have the energy to put the action into place to achieve your actual goals. I saw this practice work for me and then I started coaching others and watching this same plan of action work for them… Thus I am Andrea Marie…the content creator, podcaster and Holistic Manifestation Coach.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, this has not been a smooth road at all…. being a wife, mother of five, homeschooler and entrepreneur (amongst my many of titles) can leave anyone feeling exhausted… I’m sure just the thought of it makes you want to take a nap right? So, in the beginning phases, I struggled with time management, communication and having the energy to get everything done that I needed to accomplish for the day. It was not easy…I have to prioritize everything in my life from my relationships to my responsibilities and learn how to delegate everywhere I can.

I am Andrea Marie…I am a Holistic Manifestation Coach and Content Creator. I take a holistic approach to manifestation. Through my years of study and real life experiences, I have come to the realization that gut health has a direct correlation to manifesting the love, wealth, health and happiness we all desire. I look at my clients in their totality (mind, body and spirit) and give a full assessment of how they can achieve the life they want by first correcting what they are putting into their bodies. I also develop and host group detox challenges, full of coconut water, juices and smoothies to cleanse the body and renew the mind… this is my area of expertise and I take much pride in it! Through my content, I am afforded one of the most beautiful opportunities in this life… I get to talk about the things that matter most to me and my niche and help others become the greatest version of who they are along the way. As a coach, I am known for being approachable and understanding but also giving people the advice they need to bring the results they want. What sets me apart from others is that as a mother of 5, wife of 15 years, and entrepreneur I bring a lot of life experience to everything I do. My husband and I have a unique understanding of life and spirituality and apply that understanding to everyone and everything around us…and it has proven to WORK!
What do you like and dislike about the city?
Oh my goodness where to start? I simply love the way our community works in Atlanta. My experience has been amazing! The support you receive from others is like no other place. Here in Atlanta, we aren’t afraid to work with others, even if they are in the same niche as us. There’s plenty for everyone to benefit from. As for the dislikes….I choose not to dwell on the negatives because the positives outweigh everything…my cup is always half full.
