Hi Tatiana, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m Tati Marie Pro Makeup Artist. I got my start about 12 years ago. I started out just doing my friend’s makeup from time to time. Then I decided to take makeup on as a career. I started out doing a lot of freelance work which then took me in the direction of working in a salon and the mall. Eventually, I opened my own suite. To now getting prepared to open my own building and hire a team.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey has not been an easy one but I truly believe anything worth having is worth the fight. Being in the beauty industry can have so many ups and downs. You have some people who don’t want to pay, gaining clientele and growing with the industry.

I am a Pro Makeup Artist. I specialize in natural glam looks.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
Atlanta is very fast pace and everyone is always going somewhere. The worst thing about my city is when it’s slow, it’s slow.
