Karen believes in training the next generation of Beauty Industry Persons to be as well rounded, properly educated and exceptionally skilled in their craft.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a small business, we have the same, as any other small business has. Finding committed workers that are honest and that want to work backing funding was a huge problem in the beginning and is still a problem at times.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I would like to see the Makeup Industry more regulated. Sanitation is a huge deal when doing especially with Covid, and it’s not regulated at all.
