Airelle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’d say my professional journey in Media began for me as an undergraduate student at George Mason University. There, I produced live news segments, anchored newscasts, created and hosted television shows, and worked at the local television station in northern Virginia.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As an entrepreneur, I put out fires for fun. But I see every set back, simply as redirection.
I’d say the hardest part of this journey has been navigating the business behind the creativity. You know, there’s not necessarily a road map for the organized creative and the journey tends to look different for everyone. Nevertheless, I’m enjoying the ride, every step of the way!

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
In the creative field, collaboration is key! It’s important to take note of those you not only admire in the field, but those who share your vision, respect your work/process and want to see you win. With the right team? You truly can accomplish anything.
