Hi Kayla, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Wild Stone Boutique was started as I noticed myself, along with many other woman lacking confidence. With today’s technology and social media presence, it is very easy to watch other girls post their bodies, their outfits, their lives and feel some type of way. It is easy to think, “Why can’t I look like them? Why can’t I dress like that?”. Wild Stone was created to stop that lack of confidence. Wild Stone is made for everyone to leave with more confidence than they came in with because we CAN look our best, we CAN dress however we want, we CAN celebrate what makes us beautiful! There is not one person who should ever lessen our confidence in ourselves because we are all unique in beautiful in so many different ways. Just because we don’t look or dress like the girls on TikTok does not mean we are less than. Wild Stone is designed for every woman to bring out that wild side, that confident side that we all crave so badly. Wild Stone has items that are picked with every woman in mind. Stay Wild, babes.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As with anything worthwhile, this has definitely not been a smooth road. Working on your dreams and trying to make them your reality is very difficult. It’s something people don’t talk about often but it should be cause I find it encouraging. It is not as easy as everyone makes it seem and look. This stuff is hard. It’s hard when your friends don’t support you. It’s hard when people are telling you to give up because it’ll never work. It’s hard going a day, a week, or a month without a single sale. You start questioning yourself, you start doubting, you start wondering if everything everyone said about you is true. That’s when it is the most important time to put even more work into it. That’s the point when you do not give up. Every single success story does not go without struggle. Never forget that diamonds aren’t formed unless under pressure.
