Today we’d like to introduce you to Janelle Weithers.
Hi Janelle, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my journey into real estate as an assistant in college back in 2012. Post-graduation, I decided to get my Real Estate license in 2015 which pushed me to pursue my Broker’s license in 2019. After obtaining my Broker’s certification, I found a passion in leading and training agents. I have always loved the idea of problem-solving and finding creative solutions to contractual issues. I started assisting so many agents on building their real estate careers that I decided to open and expand my very own brokerage firm.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Opening and building my own brand and business has not been a smooth road. Even today, I struggle with finding the perfect synergy of agents to join our team. There is a lot of competition on the market, larger named firms and seasoned agents that just are comfortable at their current brokerage. I want to build a team of excellent, self-sufficient agents that share a common goal of community, education, excellence and experience.
We’ve been impressed with Jweithersrealty, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
