Today we’d like to introduce you to DJ Bostick.
Hi DJ Bostick, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Fitness has always been a major part of my life! Working out brings me joy and helps me see the development of my body as the vessel that Carrie’s me through life’s seasons or changes. I started by working as an intern 2017 under Jamie The Motivator and have now grown through many trials and tribulations to owning my own Brand/Business BuiltByBostick LLC. My program has online clients, in-person clients and group classes are provided in my services. I have helped over 500 individuals achieve their fitness goals and look forward to continuing that process!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a bumpy journey along the way but I am beyond thankful for who I’ve become along the process. I continue to learn through each challenge that is present within the business and remain open-minded. The biggest challenge or struggle is solely relying on my hustle, ambition and entrepreneurship when life starts to happen and security isn’t always provided. The BIGGEST LOSS of all was my mother 08/30/21! It helped me re-learn myself and how I would approach work and life balance.

I am a fitness trainer that specializes in building confidence and helping others achieve LIFE-CHANGING mindsets and habits. BuiltByBostick LLC is a brand that welcomes all sizes, ages, and colors. Established in 2017 and continuing to build brick by brick with each and every individual we encounter.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
I lost my mother August 30, 2021 and she is the driving force for me to keep going. EVERYTHING I DO IS IN HONOR OF MY MOTHER VICKY BOSTICK. Rest in Heaven mom!
