We started in 2007 as a mobile-based business serving the entire metro Atlanta area. Having a strong background in computer repair, we compared our competitor’s prices and placed our pricing far below. My background consists of being a network administrator for The Chicago Stock Exchange to being a network administrator for Unilever HPC. As a mobile-based business, we are able to visit our customer’s location without the headache of the customer unhooking their computers, printers, etc., and also by not charging a monthly fee but an affordable set fee for our services.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been very smooth as our customers love the service and the prices that we offer. Like all business, we have had a few customers that were challenging but we were able to work with them either by refund or but talking with the customer to resolve the situation.
Please tell us about Computer Pro of Georgia, LLC.
Because our staff of certified professional technicians are experienced, quick, and we don’t believe in charging our customer with fees that are so high that they can buy a new computer, like our competitors do. In fact, our business is only about 10 percent repeat customers and 90 percent customer referrals. Our goal is to satisfy our customers by doing honest business and getting the job done right the first time!
We specialize in computer repair, hardware and software, and security camera installation.
We are different because we don’t charge an hourly fee and 95 percent of the time we are able to offer same day service.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
You know things are going so great right now that I can’t think of anything to do differently. We are people based!

- Installation of 4 security cameras with ALL equipment $800
- Installation of 8 security cameras with ALL equipment $1500
- Flat fee for modem setup $20 trip fee + $60 Fee $80 total
