Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m a professional freelance make-up artist I have always been passionate about make-up. My love for make-up and beauty have been with me my whole life, I started doing my own make-up in high school. Make-up and all things beauty have always intrigued me, YouTube bloggers, tutorials and practicing myself, family and friends were my first steps prior to freelancing since becoming a free lace makeup artist my love for it grew more, I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of my family and friends, as of today I’m still growing as an artist and learning new things. My mission is not only to continue my education in the industry and expand my Services but to always stay updated with the latest makeup trends and provide the best experience for my clients and enhance their natural beauty.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
the road has not been smooth but beautiful I’m grateful for this journey thus far, my biggest struggle was building a clientele and putting myself out there as a makeup artist because of self-doubt, but once I got past self-doubt and I began to build the confidence I realize that I had talent “not to toot my own horn”, but I had to believe in myself before I could expect anyone else to. “Nothing in life is worthwhile unless you take risks. Fall forward. every failed experience is one step closer to success”.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in soft Glam applications and I’m also known for enhancing the natural features of my clients and flawless applications they are soft but still glamorous and will instantly make you feel like a whole new person. I’m most proud of making people feel good about themselves there’s nothing better than when a woman gets off the chair with the biggest smile on their face those are my most proudest moments. what sets me apart is my ambitions to be successful, being knowledgeable and staying on top of makeup trends.
How do you think about luck?
luck I wouldn’t say so much of, but God has definitely blessed me in so many ways and his the Head of my life and the head of every decision and without him, I wouldn’t be where I am today and I’m excited to see where he takes me.
