Conversations with Nyiesha DeLoatch

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nyiesha DeLoatch.

Hi Nyiesha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Practice, Prayer, and Patience. I literally have been, ” pushing P. ” My journey into this permanent makeup industry began back in 2018. After my undergraduate program, I was working as a Speech Therapist Assistant and a  bottle girl at Magic City and struggled with getting accepted into a graduate program at the time. It was one of those instances where I knew I needed a change, and it was my sister who had put the idea in my head. About a  month later, I flew to Houston to take my first training.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
From the very beginning, I was my biggest enemy and I had to learn how to get out of my own way, which was a struggle in itself. However, focusing on the things I am naturally good at and staying focused on why I decided to get into the Permanent makeup industry has kept me motivated and determined to reach my highest potential. Because this is a service-based business. I  prioritize customer service and building relationships with my clients which have attracted a lot of positive energy and continuous growth for my business.
