Hi Santeria, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
One day my auntie came to me and was like let’s start a mobile build a bear business but let’s name it after your baby girl. So I’m like perfect Ja’dore Furry Friends Is the best name for that idea. In addition, me and my family are already in the party business such as tiny tots playland, Venus, mirror booths, and characters so therefore adding this was the best idea ever; and trust me the people love it here in Atlanta. I get up every morning and advertise every day is the key, my goal is a new booking every day.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For the most part, it has been a smooth ride, I started my business in the pandemic and I have had over 100 bookings and most of my clients come back, every time, I have had a couple of struggles while doing events one such as my stuffing machine going out on me
We’ve been impressed with Ja’dore Furry Friends, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I am different from other because every day I try to add new things and get new inventory so every event have its own originality.
We are in Atlanta, We travel, We have party packages, the kids will love it trust me.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My lil sister, she works with me she knows everything just like me. Without her, it’s not me. My mom, anytime I’m busy she can step in and do an event for me. Anytime I leave something or need help she’s always one call away.
My auntie, she’s always one call away helping me find new things to offer and always being their hand.
My boyfriend, he’s always there to keep me going when I feel discouraged and always there to invest whatever I need he’s getting it. Just always there to make everything easier.
