Mariana, 43 years old from Venezuela, currently living in Atlanta Georgia opened her first Omnichannel warehousing and fulfillment operation, for Hispanic and multicultural brands, self-made and believes that you can conquer anything you want if you are continually trained, with the right mindset and goals. Over the past five years, she’s been working into build opportunities for CPG Latin and multicultural brands here in the United States.

Founder and CEO of RackSeeker Fulfillment Center and Brands Builders Retail Agency both serve primarily to Latin and multicultural markets where minorities need to find opportunities by breaking down the boundaries, her approach to transform challenges and adversities, not only generated her own growth but those around her as well.

She utilizes her natural skills, as a highly intuitive, also she combine her expertise in marketing, e-commerce, logistic, supply chain and deep knowledge leading brand internationalization projects thought Latinoamérica and USA with over fifteen (15) years of professional experience to help entrepreneurs accomplish their goals.

She effortlessly blends experience and strategy to help her clients achieve success on their terms in US and Hispanic markets.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
During the pandemic, Mariana took it upon herself to start her own warehousing and fulfillment center business as a complement for Brands Builders due to once her clients were ready to sell in the United States, they will need an own warehouse to guarantee re-stock.

Today the environment of increasing international competition, more and more companies in different countries and regions of the world are faced with the need to internationalize their businesses.
