Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Boyle.
Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Ladies Around the Globe started with an idea and a trip in 2019. A group of ladies wanted to encourage other women to enjoy life, empower each other, and travel. The first trip was to Toronto, Canada for Caribbana Festival. From that successful trip that included gifts, motivational quotes and bible verses, the pandemic hit and we could no longer travel. We adjusted and adapted. We started doing smaller brunches at home or via zooms. During the pandemic, four amazing ladies came together and created Ladies Around the Globe, a woman’s network. A sisterhood.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road, but also not so difficult. The concept is amazing. The ladies that join the sisterhood are amazing. The struggles come in with operating manuals or deciding how to market, opening up new regions, guiding the regional presidents. But all come with owning and running an organization that is growing rapidly.
We’ve been impressed with Ladies Around the Globe, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Ladies Around The Globe is a collective of women who wear multiple hats in everyday life.
Our time together allows each of us to wear only ONE hat and that is to be a woman-loving life.
Our purpose is EEEEO: Empowerment, Enjoyment, and Embracing Each Other.
“Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another. We’re strongest when we cheer each other on.” Our collective of amazing women believes and lives that statement.
It is founded by four women; Kortney Bell, Tiffany Boyle, Chevon Matthews, Dorothya Shuler.
We specialize in bringing women together to enjoy life and really become sisters.
What matters most to you? Why?
Our organization is God-led. We pray and seek His advice first. That is what matters to us most. That the organization be true to its intentions, have integrity, and be transparent.
