Hi Lowell, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My first job was working with my father’s residential construction company doing demolition and put back. That is where I honed in on my analytics and learned to pay more attention to details for homes. I founded Granted Eye Home Inspections in 2020 with the mission to be one of the most thorough inspectors in all of Georgia and to be able to give my clients and team the most information about their homes as much as possible to be sure it is a good investment.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The first six months wasn’t smooth at all perseverance was the key. I had to focus on marketing strategies and finding a team of faithful realtors to be able to trust me with their home buyer’s experience.

Granted Eye Home Inspections serves all of Georgia and provides inspection services to buyers, sellers and investors with same-day reports when in the process of buying a home. Growing up in a residential construction environment with my father definitely helped me understand the business as a home inspector; and it also helped me see all the issues that can transpire with homes throughout the years. I absolutely love being a home inspector because it gives me the opportunity to educate others while they’re in the process of buying a home. What sets me apart is my years of experience and the knowledge I have with home building. My communication and my camaraderie with my realtors and clients are very important to me as a business owner. We also have a strong team of contractors, electricians, etc., when needed. My business has inspected over 400+ homes in the past two years.
