

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ansley Marshall.
Hi Ansley, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
After being a stay-at-home mom for four years, I knew I wanted a career in which I could control my work/life balance. By becoming a realtor, I am able to have a great quality of life while being able to focus on building my business. I joined Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners a little over a year ago, and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The culture and education that is provided are two of my favorite features. I have an amazing team behind me, and they motivate me to be the best.
I have recently received a top agent award from Homesnap for being one of the fastest-growing agents for the first half of 2022. I was also one of the top producing agents in my brokerage for the month of June. I absolutely love what I do and the people that I get to work with. I have built my business on honesty, integrity and hard work – which is exactly what my clients get when they hire me to help them through the process of buying or selling their homes.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The hardest obstacle is having to build a business up from nothing. There are no provided leads – you have to work hard and make yourself stand out to be able to win that client. Having a close sphere of supporters has been a huge help. They advocate for me and refer me to everyone that they come into contact with.
The continuous effort allows for strength and growth. I continue to focus on providing my clients with top-notch service and expertise in my local real estate market.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Being a realtor means I have to stay up to date on my local real estate market, the most up-to-date data and being able to relay that information to all of my clients to provide them with the best service possible. My negotiation skills help my clients win big – whether they are selling their home for the most amount of money possible or winning the home of their dreams.
As cliché as it may sound, I really do love what I do. Being able to help people with their dream of homeownership is an incredible feeling.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The real estate market is always changing. I don’t see a huge decline in the market coming, but it is definitely starting to become a more normal market.
