Today we’d like to introduce you to Priscilla Black. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Priscilla found her way to coaching and speaking to thousands about pursuing what matters after many life and personal setbacks. She recognized that without focus, faith and freedom, we can get stuck in the past and remain in unhealthy cycles. Priscilla is ordained pastor, coach, wife, and mother of three, using her diverse background in psychology, theology and life experience to empower and inspire people to pursue their fullest potential—in their career, lifestyle, business, relationships and spiritual life.
After earning a degree in psychology from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Priscilla kicked off her adult journey giving back by mentoring inner-city youth with Americorps in Atlanta before entering the business world climbing the corporate ladder to work for two top Fortune 500 companies—first Google, and then, Amazon making great strides in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, mentoring and recruiting top talent.
Growing up in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Memphis, TN, she never imagined how God would use her own humble beginnings to add value to the lives of many. She believes, what you pursue matters and pursuing your past failures and pains will get you nowhere. Instead, learn from it and pursue your full potential that waits ahead by the grace of God.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Prolific Pursuit?
Nearly two years ago, The Prolific Pursuit was born in the midst of the pandemic. From this organization, The Pursuit Club was launched from the need of women who wanted a balance of an authentic life in God along with the practicality of making a better daily choices in their careers, home life relationships and their dreams.
Since then, we have watched dozens of women who have skyrocket in their careers from teach of the year to becoming authors, from fearful to faithful and focus and from lonely to feeling valued in this amazing community.
This membership club is like no other with new virtual gatherings each month that balance our faith pursuits and our life pursuits. Having a coach that prays for you, cares for you and supports you sets this club apart.
