Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a Public Speaker and a Life, Relationship, and Leadership Coach. I help high-achieving women with work-life balance, team retention, leadership skill set, healing from their abandonment trauma, and relationship betrayal. We empower women with the ability to change mindsets and cultivate balance in your life and relationships as you mend and disconnect from childhood trauma bonds. I am known for being outcome-oriented with proven results. From Elimination to Transformation, I help women shatter stinking thinking, boost their confidence, and take their power back. This creates a clear pathway to releasing shame, powerlessness, and pain from their past. What I am most proud of is our ability to see women evolve into the rehabilitated version of themselves and have healthy boundaries with a healthy lifestyle. What sets me apart from others is as an Empath, I can see through to the soul of those that I help to really draw out the pain that they are ashamed and afraid to speak of, to help them heal in conjunction with the pain that they do speak of.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
What was I like growing up? I was always a leader of the pack, I never followed behind what other people were doing. I always created my own lane. I love the arts. I was a ballet dancer at Joan Meyers Philadanco ballet school, I was very athletic in track and field, and I even participated in the Penn Relays. I played the violin in the orchestra at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia, I played basketball, and I was a Theater major at Creative And Performing Arts High School in Philadelphia. I did whatever I loved to express myself through creativity. Personality wise I’m funny, wise, discerning, patient, compassionate, a free spirit, and no nonsense. I always gave good advice.
