The company started after being laid off during the pandemic and by turning our life-long passion into a business that can provide value to our clients. The journey has not been easy, but we are humbled and encouraged by our clients and business partners.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey has been far from smooth, but we have had great mentors along the way. The initial struggles were related to learning how to run a business, overcoming self-doubt, and understanding the value we bring to clients.
After the initial stages, defining marketing and a strategy for how to reach our target market was difficult and it is still a struggle we are working on.
Learning from the market and letting our client’s feedback guide our strategic improvements has been key for us and a pillar to our success.
