Today we’d like to introduce you to Christina Hayes.
Hi Christina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story begins as a young girl growing up in Atlanta. I always knew I loved etiquette and the fine details of life. I couldn’t just make a plate of food, it had to be plated and presented. I couldn’t just go to the spa for my birthday, it had to become a part of my daily ritual. I love manners and just the fine pieces of finishing. I have been in the hospitality industry for 17 years working in food & beverage, concierge, fitness, spirits, etiquette and spa. After building a clientele of facial clients, I realized my calling was asking me to increase my capacity and today I help women and men all over the world to refine themselves in their most authentic way for life success.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road but it has been the most enlightening journey. Even when moments were less than favorable, I learned discernment and I am thankful that I bet on myself. Some of the struggles included moving across the country to restart my life and business, losing my grandmother who is my namesake and overcoming feelings of guilt as a mom who woke up one day and realized that I was not in the life designed for me and I needed to jump so we could have better. For women and I think men as well, we sit in struggles and start to build a comfort in it. I’m so glad I kept walking the path and that I don’t look like what I’ve been through.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I currently work as a corporate image/etiquette consultant and investor. My investments span real estate, beauty and hospitality industries. I started sharing how I went from survival mode to thriving on TikTok and who knew that people wanted to learn that? So I spend my weeks hosting classes and one-on-one sessions with woman around the world helping them to stop the struggle bus, figure out their life design and create their plan to turn the vision board into reality. What makes what I do different would be my approach. I have had to rebuild my life many times while restoring my femininity so I ensure my clients know that grace is necessary on their journey and that no matter how the outer world looks, you can reset your life inside out.
I am most proud of the time I now have to spend with my two children. I spent so many years depressed and I am so thankful that I now can see them blossom with full focus and joy. I can say authentically I designed this peaceful life.
What’s next?
My plan for the future is expansion in every area of my life and continuing to live aligned. My company has planned for its next city location and I have plans to broaden our virtual image and beauty education.
