Hi Marcia, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am Venezuelan, I graduated from the University in Mathematics and education. I really like art, that’s why I also make porcelain sculptures, I like teaching and being able to contribute to making the world a better place. Entrepreneurship is my passion, that is why 14 years ago I decided to start a business and today, thanks to perseverance, perseverance and everything I learned, I have reached where I am today. I am convinced that everything we set out to do can be achieved.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been easy, the most common obstacle is fear that often does not let you move forward, overcoming it is the key.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I currently work with my arts and sculptures business, I attend art festivals, I also work with a project called Children Business fest, which is a program for child entrepreneurs where we provide continuous training spaces to promote and support children who have businesses. . Our goal is to make children feel more motivated, encourage creativity, strengthen values and be more emotionally healthy. I am proud of my nine years old daughter, she is very intelligent and creative, she inspires me every day. She also makes me proud to be able to support so many children and parents. I think that something that differentiates me from others is that I work with my heart, I do it with clear objectives following my vision and mission.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I think that the qualities that have helped me the most to be successful are order, planning and perseverance.
