Check Out Wesley Mitchell’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Wesley Mitchell.

Hi Wesley, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I got interested in real estate right after high school, I fail the test around 1994 but I didn’t go into the industry until much later. Instead, I first career was in the insurance business where I focused on life insurance and Health. From there, my career transferred into advertising for the yellow pages. 2014- 2015 after hitting rock bottom and made to get a full-time job came as a turning point in my life when I decided that I needed to do work that I really loved. I craved the flexibility that I came accustomed when it came to the insurance business and advertising to work on my own terms and saw real estate as offering the perfect lifestyle. Spurred by my passion for homes, I got licensed as a REALTOR® and started working with clients in and around the Nashville, TN and the surrounding area where I’m based. Since then, I have been enjoying the freedom not only over my own lifestyle but also of being able to help as many people as I can in a meaningful way. I feel God guided me here meaning insurance and advertising business gave me the freedom to be on my own, no clock to punch, no salary cap both careers were commission base, and I sometimes look back on how advertising and real estate go hand-in-hand that God’s plan.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Real Estate has its ups and downs like getting approved for a mortgage trying to guide people on what not to and what to do in order to get his or her score up. Or meeting someone pre-approved that’s not realistic with the amount he or she has been giving meaning: being pre-approved for $350k and wanting to look at homes that are $500k and thinking the seller will come down $200k with the house being on the market the 1st day.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Experienced Realtor with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. A Notary Public in the Nashville and Surrounding area. Skilled in Digital Strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Sales.

I represent Sellers and Buyers in the cities of Nashville, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Clarksville and the surrounding area, Specializing in Residential, Commercial market, 1st time home buyers, relocation, and investors.

What sets me apart is I listen to a person’s needs and wants, return calls if I can’t talk that moment, try to get you the best deal possible, help a buyer get pre-approved for a mortgage.

Past five years on Halloween, I partner up with a pizza restaurant (Oct 31st, 2022 was at Starwood Pizza) and give out 150 small one topping pizza Free, 1st come 1st server.
