Hi Malik, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story is I love all things luxury and I love helping put my clients in the most luxurious apartments in metro Atlanta … best part I DO NOT CHARGE THEM!. My story starts with being drawn to luxury when I was a kid, I would always want the nicest of nicest rather my wallet allowed it or not. I truly believed I belonged among the finest luxuries life had to offer. When I started Lux Listing Apts… I just wanted to help clients find nice apartments.. now it’s so much for than that. Seeing my clients realize “wow I did this” because I help a lot of first-timers (which means it’s their first time in their own luxury spaces, which is a proud moment. We also love making the process seamless, ensuring no questions are left unanswered and that every deal has been voiced.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not always been smooth rather it is clients not being transparent about their rental shortcomings or creating and maintaining the culture for our current and new agents. Through these challenges, I am tested but quickly shown this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.
