Rising Stars: Meet Justice Mfortow

Today we’d like to introduce you to Justice Mfortow.

Hi Justice, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been modeling since I was 18 years old, I’m 22 now and I’m still modeling. Having the experience with something as modeling definitely made me want to expand my creativity more. I realized after attending college for some years and the pandemic hit I said to myself “I really need to be chasing what I LOVE.” Just like that I discontinued school and focused more on my craft as far as Modeling solely and now leading up to owning my own Modeling Agency!!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Everything actually is going pretty well, I’ve not even had my agency for so long. Really it has been a month and some days and it’s slowly but surely taking its time on to becoming an agency to watch in Atlanta!! I’m just glad everything is going as I pictured it to be so far.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a proud black owner of Agile Model Management for aspiring models in the location of Atlanta, GA. I specialize in model managing, with that comes with Creative directing for shoots, styling, and model coaching. I’m most proud of being able to take in the potential that is here in Atlanta, GA and be able to mold and curate unique individuals to further their careers in this modeling industry. What sets me apart from others is the fact that it is rare for most males who have modeling experience to take the role of turning into an agency owner and only at 22 years old!!

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
The biggest thing for me when it comes to networking is to be confident!! Whoever you meet even if you don’t know them or know of them is to always make sure you know what you’re talking about. Show your personality enough to let anyone grab the essence of you and capture everything you give off to allow them to know who you are as a person! What has worked for me is definitely my personality I stay true to myself always, being genuinely and authentically yourself allows those connections to solemnly build gracefully.
