Conversations with East Goons

Today we’d like to introduce you to East Goons.

Hi East Goons, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had a passion to create whether if it was music, art, or clothes. At around 14 I had my beginning in music production. For as long as I can remember I was making beats. I later started posting my music on youtube. It took some time but once I gained some traction the opportunities followed. From earning over $10k from selling beats and working with hit artists like Rylo Rodriguez and Quando Rondo. However I didn’t stop there, I took a break from music and wanted to explore my growing interest in fashion. I created a successful clothing brand and took up some modeling gigs. It truly has been a blessing to achieve so much at such a young age.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This journey has been everything but smooth however I don’t regret it at all. Battling issues personal, financial, and just life itself taught me to grow up fast. Periodically I would find myself in positions where I feel stuck but I just remember to live life one day at a time.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am East Goons, a music producer, model, youtuber, and clothing brand owner all in one. I‘ve done so much I no longer know what I’m most known for anymore. However to my core, I love music, I’ve produced countless songs. I believe what sets me apart from others is my determination. My passion doesn’t end in one area, I’ll get my name out there one way or another.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
In the music industry, I believe the producer community will need to evolve. It has gotten so easy to make music nowadays honestly anyone can do it people just forget to add their own creativity to it. Same thing can be said in fashion. Don’t stress to hard just be your unique self.
