Hi Candy, so great to have you join us again. For folks who might have missed our earlier conversations, can you please take a minute to briefly introduce yourself?
I am a serial entrepreneur whose passion is to help women on their health and wellness journey.
At my core is a beautiful affinity towards serving as the catalyst for making smart vitamin & supplements support decisions.
Through the company, #GYMKITTY, I provide a range of products that teaches others how to grow in improving and living a healthier lifestyle. #GYMKITTY is a proclamation that ladies aren’t gym rats. We are empowered to take our health and well-being into our own hands. We don’t embarrass our hashtag!
What is a #GYMKITTY?
The brand name #GYMKITTY began because a former colleague, noting how much I enjoyed working out, called me a “gym rat”. Though it was meant as a compliment, I couldn’t connect with that moniker given the many negative connotations that a rat carries. A #GYMKITTY is a woman who exhibits style, determination, and confidence in and out of the gym.
What are the first steps on a health and wellness journey?
Adhering to a healthy lifestyle starts with deciding to change one’s life. #GYMKITTY supports adding a multivitamin to one’s daily regimen as one of the first steps to help jumpstart one’s health and well-being journey. That spark leads to another healthier decision, then another, then before you’re aware you are on your journey.
#GYMKITTY vitamins and supplements were created to help remove the ambiguity associated with living a healthier lifestyle. We want to help women understand that they don’t necessarily have to acquire a personal trainer, sign up for a gym membership, or engage in the latest trendy weight loss program to begin being healthy. They simple need to start with one healthy choice and it will lead to success. This framework is something that is lacking in the marketplace. .
