Today we’d like to introduce you to Elad Amrani.
Hi Elad, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am the proud owner of Weddiz, a startup that is changing the way young couples plan their weddings. I have always been passionate about helping people find the best solutions to their problems, and with Weddiz, I am doing just that.
I have had a successful career in the tech industry, with experience in sales, programming, and management. I spent the last ten years as the CTO/COO of the largest e-commerce company in Israel, where I gained extensive knowledge in the field. I also delivered lectures on personal development in business and helped small businesses overcome their technological hurdles.
However, I knew that I wanted to do something more, something that would allow me to follow my dreams and create something truly special. That’s when I decided to start my own business. About a year ago, I met an old friend who shared my passion for helping young couples plan their perfect wedding. Together, we founded Weddiz, a startup based in the USA.
At Weddiz, we provide a platform for finding wedding suppliers in an AI-based visual Instagram form. We are the combination of the wisdom of the masses and the wisdom of AI, which is adapted to the young generation Z-GEN. Our primary objective is to enable couples to search for suppliers in a very clear, simple, and adapted way, and to assist them with any questions they may have. We aim to give them the best solutions and connect them with the right supplier who can deliver the answer in practice.
I am happily married to Anna, and we have a beautiful son named Matan. They are my biggest inspiration and motivation, and I am committed to providing a high-quality service to my customers. With my experience and expertise, I am determined to make Weddiz a success and continue to help young couples plan the perfect wedding of their dreams.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
To be honest, it has been far from a smooth road. Starting a business from scratch is one of the most challenging things I have ever done. The uncertainty, the highs, the lows – it’s all so intense. There have been many times when I have had to dig deep to find the motivation to keep going.
As the owner of a startup, I have had to face a lot of skepticism from investors and other people who doubt whether my idea will succeed. It can be incredibly demotivating to hear all the reasons why it might not work out. But I firmly believe in what I am doing, and that is what keeps me going. I wake up every morning with a sense of purpose, knowing that I am working towards something that I truly believe in.
Of course, I couldn’t do this alone. Having supportive companions who share my vision has been incredibly important. Without them, I don’t think I could have made it this far.
If there is one piece of advice I would give to anyone thinking of starting their own business, it is to work on yourself first. I have spent many years attending personal development workshops and training sessions, and I believe that this has been instrumental in helping me stay focused and grounded during the tough times. Strengthening my mindset has given me the ability to look at things in the right proportions and to stay positive even when things are challenging.

For me, work has always been about doing what I love. When you are passionate about what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. This is the key to doing your job to the best of your abilities and achieving success.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in sales, programming, and management at all levels. I have worked in various roles, from CTO/COO of a large e-commerce company to providing personal development training to small businesses struggling with technology.
My commitment to always giving more than is expected sets me apart from others. Whether working with a partner or for a company, I believe in going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. This approach has helped me to build strong relationships and earn the respect of those around me.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
There are a few things that people might find surprising about me.
Firstly, I am very driven and can’t rest until I achieve my goals. If I have a task or project that needs to be completed, it will keep me awake until it’s done. This determination has helped me achieve a lot in my career and personal life.
Secondly, despite my success, I have a fear of heights. I don’t talk about it often, but I find that being in high places makes me feel uncomfortable.
Lastly, something that many people might not know about me is that I used to be a gamer. While I don’t have as much time to play as I used to, I still enjoy it as a way to relax and unwind occasionally.
