Today we’d like to introduce you to Dadron Harris.
Hi Dadron, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My initial ministry journey began in church leadership in 1996 – 2011. Here I served as a teacher, prophet and Intercessory prayer leader. I transitioned away from organized religion in 2012 as I witnessed people needing more healing on their mental health than their spiritual life. I was led to start my private practice, as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Restoring The Whole U to provide behavioral health services to the entire being. My focus is holistic, clinical and spiritual. Shortly after opening my practice, I launched Inspire 2 Empower Me, a women’s leadership team where leaders are trained and developed on various levels and in various capacities. As this leadership team grew and developed great leaders. I began reconnecting my roots more to the spiritual path and then launched Kairos Voices. Kairos Voices is a spiritual awareness school with an emphasis on the Prophetic (hearing God’s voice).
As I’ve observed the world. I’ve witnessed and discerned that people are deeply suffering from trauma that hasn’t been confronted nor healed. I desired to learn more about the healing process from trauma’s. I became a Certified Trauma and Recovery Practitioner in 2021. A Master’s Addition Counselor 2016. A Certified Christian Counselor in 2015. I later added Marriage and Relationship Coaching in 2018. I also decided to become a Certified Grief Counselor in order to aid others properly, I felt the need to be more informed. I’ve come to understand that individuals need to be restored back to their original- authentic selves. This becomes challenging when hurt is laying dormant within the soul. I am currently assisting faith leaders with Bridging the Gap between Mental Health and Faith/God. Mental health professionals can provide training and education to faith leaders on mental health issues, including the signs and symptoms of mental illness and how to effectively communicate with individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges. Similarly, mental health professionals can learn about the spiritual and religious beliefs of their clients and how these beliefs may influence their mental health. I’ve written three books: Go Deeper, Exposing Toxic Relationships and No More Religion, all on Amazon. I created a “My In Session Therapy Guide” to assist individuals with navigating effectively through their counseling session and journey.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My challenges were actually my limited mindset. I struggled with letting go of tradition. It was difficult balancing what I was taught verses what I was led to shift to doing and implementing. Negative self-talk can be a significant obstacle when changing your mindset. Our inner critic may tell us that we are not good enough, or that we will never be able to change. This negative self-talk can be demotivating and may lead us to give up on our goals. I had to fight it daily by speaking the Word of God over my mind.

My prophetic school is a type of spiritual educational institution that focuses on training individuals to develop and use their prophetic gifts, which are abilities to hear from God and communicate divine messages to others.
Kairos Voices offers:
Bi-weekly free virtual classes via Zoom.
Prophetic Training: We offer training programs that teach individuals how to develop and use their prophetic gifts. This training may include courses on hearing God’s voice, interpreting dreams and visions, prophetic evangelism, and prophetic intercession.
Prophetic Activation: We offer activation programs that help individuals to practice and develop their prophetic gifts. This may involve participating in prophetic ministry sessions, practicing prophetic exercises, and receiving feedback from experienced prophetic ministers.

Prophetic Resources: We offer resources such as books, videos, and online courses that provide additional training and support for individuals who are interested in prophetic ministry.
