Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffani Mack.
Hi Tiffani, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
All my life, I have been kind of the go-to person in my family. As a very young child, I would often spend time with my godparents, who were elderly Christians. So, most of my days were spent attending church and eavesdropping on spiritual guidance from one person to another. This easily developed a desire in me to counsel and give others my opinions as advice. As I grew older my peers, cousins, and other family members would constantly seek out my opinions for life situations. It wasn’t until both my parents were in a drug recovery program that I realized how influential and powerful having a support person with great advice could be in a person’s life. I witnessed both my parents get clean from drugs, change their lives, and become productive and loving individuals. It was then that I knew how I wanted to help others; being a supportive life coach. Of course, I did not know then that this would be a lucrative career choice or even a viable opportunity for me. I just knew that I had already been giving advice and those who listened to me appreciated my help and made good choices with the information provided.
As a young adult, I encountered many trials and struggles, including my own drug addiction and survivor of physical and sexual assault. This resulted in many years of depression and mental health issues. It was after I attended a conference “Little Girls Grow Up” with my mother that I began to understand that our struggles are not designed to kill us but rather to strengthen us when we recognize the lessons. The true nature of my strength and existence today is primarily due to my experience and exposure of trauma during these years. My experience has been my teacher. My exposure has been my strength. My hope is that my testimony of survival will help increase faith in others. It is still my only desire to share with others my experience, strength, and hope with the purpose of encouraging others to overcome the challenges and struggles of life.
Motherhood was certainly my first ministry. It challenged me to be present for my children at different stages of their lives. As a mother of four children, my youngest and only daughter sought to endeavor the Girls Scouts during a time when I felt inadequate and ineffective in my own life. I was volun-told that I would be a troop leader to ensure that my daughter would have a troop to participate with. Although it was not my choice, it was the best decision my daughter ever made for me. Being a troop leader was a great opportunity for me to give young girls the valuable lessons that I felt were missed during my upbringing. Being a troop leader allowed me space to teach young girls to have self-love and respect. For me, troop leader was just another opportunity for life coaching. This opportunity changed my life as I witnessed how valuable my experience, education, and exposure were for helping others. I watched young girls grow up, improve life skills, learn how to navigate relationships and support one another with the same information they had acquired from the troop.
To complement my desire to counsel others, I went back to school and got a degree in Human Service Management with the hopes of opening my very own transition center. I began working with families in crisis as a family coach. I would provide parenting skills, coping skills, and mentoring for family members to improve relationships and reunification options. This experience allowed me to understand the demands and needs of failing families. It was during this time that God allowed me to see how my life’s experience and exposure was not in vain but a necessary value to help others be encouraged during the storm. While formal education was valuable, it is actually the real-life experiences that have taught me the most from life. It is these experiences that I intend to share with others that will demonstrate faith in action.
I have had three near-fatal life experiences. Two vehicle accidents (1995 & 2015) and two overdoses (1998 & 2005). Each time creating a very urgent change in my life. 1998 after my young son and myself almost died in a 3-car accident. After which, I gave my life and my oldest son’s life to Christ. I intentionally overdosed on prescription pills in 1998 because of having a child from rape. After the 2005 overdose, my 8-year-old son gave his life to Christ, and this changed my whole life. It became apparent to me that it is not how you start but how you end the race. Three years later, I relocated my entire family to Macon, GA from Wilmington, DE with only a promise from God that it would get greater later. By 2011 my entire family was baptized and serving in the church. I was teaching Sunday school, bible study, and speaking at spiritual engagements.
In 2015, I was in a near-fatal motorcycle accident which resulted in multiple pelvic fractures, arm, shoulder, six broken ribs, and leg injuries. After six months of bed rest and an initial diagnosis of not being able to walk again, I made a miraculous recovery that transformed my life. It was during this time I realized that I came into this world one way, but God’s grace has conditioned me to become more than how the world views me. I discovered that in order to fulfill my purpose in life, I must first see myself as God sees me – as a beautiful butterfly who has transitioned from her worldly state of mind to a spiritual peacefulness. God spoke to me and said that I am His Beautiful Butterfly. I had come into this world with an ugly birth story, been through some challenges, and overcame as a victor and true testimony trophy of God. It was then that I started to use the moniker Lady BFly.
As a writer and poet, I had tried using many other pen names over the years. None of which I thought had any real value or really captured who I am. After graduating college, I was perplexed about how to identify myself professionally without any alphabet behind my name. After so many years in various areas of human service management, I decided to compile my own letters of professionalism. Tiffani Mack, LMNOP is my professional handle, while Lady BFly is the personal soul that speaks to heart and nature of transformation which is what I provide for others. LMNOP simply means Life Coach, Mediator, Notary Public, Officiant, and Professional services.
The purpose of Lady Butterfly (BFly) is to help others transform their minds from worldly thinking to accept and see life as God has intended for us. To help others elevate themselves from lowly thinking and behaviors to constructive, positive beliefs that will produce modifications in our behavior. So, with this new perspective and vision, I embarked on a new journey…Mack Miracles, LLC. Mack Miracles is a professional concierge service that provides a variety of lifestyle services such as Life Coach, Mediator, Notary, Officiant, and Professional. In each of these areas, I am giving the opportunity to touch the lives of those I service. Helping them to transform their lives for the better in many ways. Lady BFly takes each opportunity to witness about God’s grace and encourage faithfulness to a divine power and calling on our lives.
Additionally, I have a mentor guidance program (non-profit), Kaleidoscope that is geared towards girls and young ladies aged 8-80. This program facilitates support groups and events designed to help navigate life’s terrain of decisions, choices, and circumstances. With three separate mentor models (group, individual, and sister support), Kaleidoscope (K.L.D.S.C.P.), focus is knowledge, legacy, discipline, spiritual, cultural, and personal. While there are two separate entities for MAC Miracles Lifestyle Management, LLC, the unified component is Lady ButterFly’s love and passion for God’s people and her desire to teach others how to RELATE to one another and find SELF Love & Peace.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I have been a victim, but now I am a victor!
Sexual assault, physical abuse, drug addiction, mental illness diagnosis, toxic relationships, death & grieving, near-fatal accidents, and betrayal. Child of drug-addicted parents, teenaged mother, parenting, marriage, overdose, suicide, and near-death experiences. I am happy to discuss any of these subjects as they are the essence of who I am today. Healing has been the transformative structure that gives me peace today. But by God’s grace, redemption, and salvation, I was given the strength to persevere through all the challenges I have faced. It has been easy for me to share my experience and exposure. This is what I will continue to do. Mack Miracles will allow me to do more of this and reach more people.

I am confident Mack Miracles, LLC will become a staple in the community for making things happen and making an impactful difference in the lives of others. Mack Miracles is a professional concierge service that provides a variety of lifestyle services. In each of these areas, I am giving the opportunity to touch the lives of those I service. Helping them to transform their lives for the better. After attending Theology school, I continued to ask myself how I could use my gifts with what I have learned to help others. Mack Miracles was the answer to this question. Providing services that most people would get from a church setting but reaching those who are no longer seeking this type of help from the church itself. Having been a person distant and distracted from church, I understand the value of having these services in settings that are open to everyone. So, while I am a very spiritual person, I wish to reach those who are unsure, uncertain, hurt, disconnected, and seeking services without judgment or criticism.
Life coaching services are one on one opportunities to help reach a desired goal or transitional journey in one’s life.
Mediation services are designed to help resolve conflict without court involvement. It is an opportunity to demonstrate how to have healthy relationships in the community without violence and negative impacts.
Notary services are general civil services to help legitimize documentation for all legal transactions.
Officiant services are not limited to weddings, baptisms, or speaking engagements, but rather as an Ambassador for God.
Professional services are a’la’arte of various administrative services, financial budgeting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation.
How do you think about happiness?
Tiffani “Lady BFly” Mack is very passionate about her ministry. I am both an advocate and ambassador for healthy relationships for families, children and most importantly, with a Higher Power whom I call God. Helping others become the better version of themselves makes me happy. It is important to me that everyone understands that the way we start is not the way we have to finish. Helping them to transform their lives for the better in many ways. Romans 12;2 says Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing, and perfect will. I believe the only way for me to keep what I have (peace, wisdom, love & faith) is to give it away by sharing my experience, strength, and hope with others. My testimony should be an example of how we transform through our experience, education, and exposure journeys. Telling about the goodness of God is what makes me happy. Finding a way to do that for those who desire change, encouragement, and a meaningful life is rewarding. It does not give me any direct satisfaction, but to know that one person acknowledges God and all that God can offer is valuable to me. Teaching others how to have valuable relationships with one another and how to look for God in all things that we do.
