Hi Tamala, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am a healthcare provider and began to experience hair loss and thinning due to menopause. I was very discontent and not willing to accept this without a fight. I have formulated treatment plans for my patients, so it was time to do so for myself. I began to research natural ways to restore my hair and was amazed at what I found. Some herbs did better than over-the-counter hair loss treatments. Over a lot of trial and error within three months a recipe was formulated that worked, I was own to something I Initially formulated a hair tea, which is sprayed on the scalp, and followed this with an oil and pomade. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has not been smooth but tolerable. As with anything new, you have to build at it. So I am building. Of course, I want the success of it all right now but I realize it takes time. I want Sprouting Teas to get into the correct hands with the right exposure because it works when used as directed and it’s all-natural.
Traveling and getting customers to believe in you has its challenges and can be taxing, but I truly enjoy educating potential customers about this product.

I am a Board Certified Adult and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been in the medical profession for over 25 years. Also, I have a knack for decorating and am known for creating beautiful events. I am most proud of my family. My husband and three children are very supportive of Sprouting Teas.
What sets me apart is that I am a go-getter and very giving. I want to share this success with my TEAM, therefore my best friend and Aunt have been bought in as key members and developers of products. Karla Davis my friend of 45 years developed one of the pomades which focuses on growth but is designed for locs, twist-outs, and styles that require a strong hold.
What’s next?
My plan for the future is to mainstream hair teas. To receive an endorsement from Lebron James (very serious) and his community. To improve marketing strategies so that Sprouting Teas gains recognition and returns from this.
