Hi Ebony, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Where it all began…..

Well after completing Insanity workout videos several times I reached a plateau, the results were no longer showing up. I started to become discouraged until I met my fitness trainer.

My trainer and I had been training for about three years and I will never forget this one particular day he asked me to assist with a boot camp. After the boot camp he said, “Oh you will become a trainer”. I laughed and said man stop playing working out is just something I love to do. I had no idea from that moment on I would find my passion.

Let’s fast forward about a year, I received some horrible news my trainer was in a car accident and lost all mobility from the neck down. I was devastated but GOD aligns. He asked me if I could help out at the gym until he could figure everything out. I started training his adult clients, and that’s when it hit me…….

I realized my purpose.

At that moment, I began my journey and path toward fitness and became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2021.

My purpose is to help women regain confidence and lead a healthier lifestyle from the inside out. Empowering a community of women to a healthier lifestyle is so gratifying!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, if I can be completely honest, social media is saturated with Personal Trainer and it’s been very challenging to find the right path that allows me to stand out from the rest. Although I have gained several clients from social media I feel as though, I could be further along in my journey at this time.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My fitness platform is entirely virtual, ensuring that it’s readily available and accessible to all clients. In an effort to distinguish myself and attract clients, I’ve chosen to exclusively cater to women.

Being a mother, wife and women myself, I’m well aware of the difficulties involved in managing one’s physical appearance, juggling household responsibilities, and achieving a healthy work-life balance. I consistently emphasize to my clients the significance of carving out time for themselves during the day. Consequently, the workout plans I design for my clients enable them to exercise in the convenience of their own homes at a time that suits their schedule.

When a client has placed their trust in me to accompany them on their fitness journey, it’s truly fulfilling for me when they begin to witness the tangible results of their dedicated efforts.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Certainly, I rely on an app called Insight Timer to help me get ready for the day. I consistently dedicate 5 to 10 minutes to meditation, which serves as a beneficial morning boost. Additionally, I find inspiration and motivation in the book “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young. This book plays a pivotal role in keeping me centered and committed to my spiritual path as I go about my daily life.
