Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanesha Clancy.
Hi Tanesha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
It actually started when I was a little girl growing up on the farm, wanting to feel loved and be a part of something bigger even though, at the time, I didn’t know what that was. Fast forward, I realize the importance of working together as a team; it helps the dream come to pass much quicker. Hence, Team Favor Management was born. Throughout my life I’ve gone through many endeavors, but the Most High has brought me through them all. For more details, you guys are gonna have to stay tuned for my life story, which is coming soon.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely wasn’t a smooth road but more like a real bumpy one. My childhood trauma stemming from things like dealing with years of sexual abuse, rejection, and becoming a dancer in the strip club, which caused me to sabotage some of my relationships. I also had to overcome not being able to communicate effectively. Communication is vital when you are building relationships and I had struggled in that area for quite some time. I’m grateful that through my healing now I’m able to explain myself and work effectively as a team player.

Team Favor Management is a personal development company that thrives to help solve clients’ problems as a team while inspiring them of the greatness that lies within. I’m known for inspiring others to walk in their purpose while letting love be the guide, utilizing my book “22DOSES”, A Dose of Inspirational Acronyms to Jumpstart Your Day. I’m most proud of the fact that I didn’t give up on myself and hearing individuals express how I helped to change their lives for the better. What sets me apart is that I am one of a kind, and I have been custom-made programmed to walk in victory, and I will continue to work on being a better me, renewing my mind daily.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
The important lesson I learned due to the COVID-19 crisis was that no matter what may happen in your life, business, or the world, we will persevere and rise better than before.
