Today we’d like to introduce you to Shaman Rah.
Hi Shaman, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
First of all, my life path number is a seven, which further solidifies this life path I am on. However, it was in 2003 that my awakening truly began.
Like many, I started questioning life’s fundamental aspects, finding societal answers lacking. This is when the spirit intervened, guiding me through number sequences and triple numbers, which are common experiences during spiritual awakenings. Despite the initial challenge of deciphering this code, my relentless search for information, a trait associated with life path seven, led me to books and videos. Initially an analytical thinker, I approached this newfound knowledge logically, hindering my progress a bit.
It was only when I embraced conceptual thinking that a deeper understanding of the spiritual/universal messages unfolded, and their meanings came to light. At that time, Meditation became a pivotal practice, allowing me to traverse different realms and encounter spiritual guides as they gave me a clearer understanding of the codes and messages I was receiving. The journey led me to any teachers, fast-tracking my learning through meditation. I knew meditation was the key, and I was led to help others through it. But with little understanding, I was not sure how to proceed. But my intuition and trust took care of that.
Since it was apparent that leading guiding meditations for groups was next in the progression, trusting my intuition made my job simple. I would close my eyes and see visions as a story, and I would tell the story, then describe a specific topic, and finally close out the meditation. Little did I know, telling a story at the beginning of the meditation was an induction, which I learned about years later when I became a Hypno-Therapst and NLP Practioner. Over the years, my role evolved from guiding meditations to Reiki master, sound therapist, chakra balancer, meditation coach, spiritual teacher, and Shaman. One important thing I learned over time is the importance of balancing EGO and higher self when doing energy work.
Around 2009, I discovered my identity as a shaman, and in 2011, Other wonderful talents and gifts began to emerge. In the subsequent years, the expansion of my skills includes learning Drumming, Reiki, Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, NLP, Therapy, Shamanic Journeys, Chanting, and becoming a musician proficient in the Flute, Handpan, Drums, and Keyboard. Releasing two albums in 2023 marked a divine milestone, elevating my shamanic practice.
Music has always held a special place in my heart, recognizing its power to shape meditative vibes, elevate room vibrations, bring clarity, and embody consciousness. Spirit guided me to rediscover the art of creating music, infusing intention and frequency alignment to witness transformative magic. Sound, with its ability to evoke emotions and create new realities, became an integral part of my shamanic practice.
Having accumulated tools and experiences over the years, I naturally found myself offering advice, particularly in conversations. Interestingly, the guidance I provided often was a channeling of wisdom rather than personal opinions. Over time, I learned to trust these words, building a stronger relationship with my Higher-Self and Source. While at the same time teaching me to understand the unique journeys each soul must undergo for personal growth. My genuine concern for people’s well-being motivates me to guide them in the healthiest and safest spaces, respecting the individuality of their experiences.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
For me, there were three significant challenges that all fall under the first one. Firstly, I had to confront myself – I needed to step aside and let go of any self-imposed limitations.
The initial hurdle involved gaining acceptance for the spiritual work I was immersed in, particularly because practicing Shamanism is considered unconventional. It required breaking away from societal norms and embracing a unique path.
The second challenge revolved around trusting myself and the guidance I received. As a Shaman, learning comes directly from the Source, eliminating the option to seek confirmation from fellow practitioners. This aspect proved to be exceptionally challenging, demanding complete faith and belief.
The third obstacle I encountered was understanding the immense power we possess as human beings. This realization was profound and almost inconceivable – the depth of our capabilities and potential was something I had to grasp at a profound level. The mind is so powerful!

My business is about empowering people to unlock their special and unique innate gifts through meditation and sound so that they can experience life in the most harmonious way. I have been a spiritual/meditation coach and instructor for over 12 years, helping numerous people find their spiritual path and peace.

The thing that sets me apart from everyone else is that I work through my heart space and allow everyone to have their individual experience with respect to that experience, helping them to understand that their path is unique and different from everyone else’s and they should embrace it, express it, and love themselves enough to fearlessly follow their path and achieve peace within. One huge difference with me is I pray in ancient Hebrew when leading meditations which activates a higher consciousness within the participant.
I would say I’m most proud of the two albums I have produced, using flutes, drums, a sound bowl, and gongs. I am most proud of these albums because they hold a frequency that helps to reprogram the consciousness of the listener to take them back to the most natural state, which creates functionality in their life.
