Today we’d like to introduce you to Kayla Isbell.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started in this industry in May 2012 answering the phone and working the front desk for a company called Ferguson in one of their showrooms in Texas. I worked my way up to sales in the showroom and have been doing showroom support/showroom sales for the last 5 years.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t always been easy – it’s a very challenging industry and a lot of obstacles can arise throughout a client’s project.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Kohler Signature Store Alpharetta – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I currently work for a Kohler Signature Store owned by PDI. I am a Senior Design consultant for the showroom and specialize in Plumbing. I’m able to help our customers complete their bathrooms from start to finish. I’m also able to help clients reconfigure their bathrooms and make sure everything fits in their space. I love being part of a Kohler Signature Store because it’s different from any other Plumbing/Tile store in the industry. Kohler is such a great company as well as PDI and love that they have come together to open these Kohler stores. Our clients really like that its one brand and they’re not overwhelmed by the product.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Our store has only been open since February 15th, 2018 so I’m looking forward to seeing our team and the sales grow and making new relationships with industry partners here in the Alpharetta area and other surrounding areas.
