Adrienne Mayfield

Starting in 2007, I began walking through 10 years of the most challenging years of my life. I buried my father, walked my brother through a near-death experience, buried my mom, married and divorced. I thought I would never heal from the trauma.

Then, in 2017, I took a trip to East Africa. While I was there, God took me on a journey to explore the purpose for my pain. He revealed I was called to be a healer and deliverer. And He told me that many women would be healed and delivered from my story.

Today, I share my story of overcoming through books, coaching, and public speaking. I teach women how to make the transition from pain to purpose. I empower them to live again and experience the freedom that comes from being unapologetically authentic and bold!

It has not been a smooth road. Being the strong friend can leave you without the support you need when you are going through. Before the healer can heal, she needs healing, so I had to do a lot of soul work, inner healing, and deliverance to be able to help other women walk in freedom and power.

 I also really struggled with the idea of sharing so much about my life that was traumatic and painful. But I’ve found that each time I share my story, the response is overwhelmingly positive. My story resonates with so many women and they are liberated by my testimony. That impact compels  to share my story.

I am a purpose coach, speaker, and attorney. As an attorney, I am known for zealously advocating for my clients. They consistently compliment me on the personal attention and dedication I give to their cases and the impact my counsel has on their lives.

As I speaker, I bring a career of over 12 years as an educator to the field. I am a storyteller who connects with my audience by sharing captivating stories and anecdotes ghat help the lessons stick. I also use humor to help people resonate and connect with my journey. We are all sojourners on a path. Nothing is new under the sun. So each one that successfully climbs a hill must be willing to reach back to help others. This is my goal and is at the center of everything I do. Unresolved trauma  can paralyze our destiny. I exist to throw out a lifeline.

As a coach, I help my clients break out of limiting beliefs to create strategies for their next level. Getting them to believe that there actually is a next can be the biggest hurdle, but once they buy in, I help them strategize and set goals to move forward.

The most important thing to me is making sure that people know that there is a God in Heaven who knows them, cares about them, and who is committed to the fulfillment of their destiny. I am the midwife that reminds you to breathe and push! This is my legacy.
