Today, we’d like to introduce you to Angela Albert.
Hi Angela, I’m so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed with your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started in real estate nearly ten years ago. At the time, I was a full-time teacher and realized I no longer wanted to be paid based on years of service and levels of degrees, so I took the real estate course and became licensed within three months of doing so.
For the first three years, I worked as a dual career agent, teaching by day and selling real estate at night and on weekends. Then, thanks to my coach at the time, I decided to make the leap into full time real estate, and I’ve never looked back! I was made for this career! I absolutely LOVE being a realtor and having the opportunity to educate the public on the work of real estate!!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road, for sure! I sacrificed a lot of time with my family in the beginning years as I worked two jobs and began building my name and brand. There was also a lot of personal growth happening, and those closest to me were along for that ride!
As you know, we’re big fans of the Albert Real Estate Team. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
The most important thing to know about me and my business is I’m an education-based realtor! I have a strong connection to education in real estate, whether you hire me or not.
I ALWAYS welcome an opportunity to interview people and give them a holistic view of the current real estate market and what can be expected as a buyer and a seller!
