Hi Dorian, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Dorian Morgan: I’m From Kennesaw, Georgia. Cobb County I Started My media company, WeekendDrift, In 2012. I’m currently working on a DJ Mix Campaign / Catalog with different 3-part series
Representing Keys to the Mind and the world we live in. Manipulating your environment Mentally to generate the environment you desire physically in life.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it has not been an easy road some obstacles I have had along the way have been figuring out how I can utilize and understand my gift to benefit the community and world around me in a positive way. Overcoming Self Doubt using any bad situations I’ve gotten myself into and using these situations and turning them into my strength, mentally learning lessons on who & what to stay away from along the way.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Creative Direction: currently, I’m working on my Dj Mix Campaign, Different 3 Part Series that will tell a story & open the minds of the world. After this catalog is completed, I will be able to Tour spreading Knowledge in different ways visually, Mentally, & Physically. My goal is to be able to change people’s Thought Patterns and Processes about the world and themselves.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Atlanta & Kennesaw, I just feel like there is no expansion on the way people think and use their minds. They allow society to control the way they think and do everything in life. Atlanta goes with what is popular at the moment; no one ever steps outside their comfort zone to learn anything new about themselves or the world around them.
