Check Out Sade Lemons’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sade Lemons.

Sade Lemons

Hi Sade, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am Sadé, a driven, talented, and creative Libra woman who aspires to be many things. I currently specialize in kidney care as a dialysis technician and content creation. I am known for promoting a healthy lifestyle – a healthy body (fitness), healthy hair, and a healthy mind. I am most proud of being resilient and pushing through any obstacles that may come my way, all while trusting the process and staying grounded. What sets me apart from others is the fact that I am me. No one else on this planet is ME! That fact is the same for everyone else. I love that I am able to inspire others by being myself. I put out in the world what I would like to receive back; that way, my target audience and I are able to inspire and motivate each other!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the biggest obstacles that I have noticed along the road is running into imposter syndrome. By definition, imposter syndrome is a state of anxiety from feelings of self-doubt. The self-doubt most likely stems from uncertainty in abilities or talents. I know for me; I feel like it happens when I realize I have a little ways until i reach my goals. Ways I combat imposter syndrome include prayer, meditation, and remembering what manifestation means to me. To me, it is always important to see myself and act in a way as if I have already reached my goals. I want to always conduct myself as if I am at the top of my mountain, which means staying consistent and staying true to what I love and what I want.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I always believe you are exactly where you are supposed to be. Whatever your short term and long-term goals are, the journey to get there can be very unpredictable but worth it in the end! I am currently a healthcare worker, content creator, and model, but it has definitely taken me time to get to where I am now. I’ve always wanted to do a multitude of different things that satisfy both my right and my left brain. The medical field satisfied my left, and content creation/modeling satisfies my right! I graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with my Bachelors of Biological Sciences with intent to further my education and my medical professionalism in becoming a Physician’s Assistant. As I am gaining working experience and personal development in the healthcare field, I am satisfying my right brain by being the creative I was born to be! I have made content and have collaborated with many brands, such as ForHer Cosmetics, Adidas, and Hollywood Beauty, to name a few. I want to continue to spread positivity and personal growth by just being able to be myself, collaborating with people and brands that reflect that goal, and to just share what I love to do with the world. I know the journey to reaching bigger audiences as my own brand and even working through my healthcare path will not always be easy, but as long as it is something that I continue to find joy and love in doing, I see no bounds!

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
There are different ways to work with or collaborate with me, including by email, phone, or social media. All of my social media are linked @miss_lemonss. You can support me by liking, commenting, and sharing my content because all of that really goes a long way!
