Hi Sali, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
I’m Sali Ouattara Duke, 33 years old, born and raise in Côte d’Ivoire, and I started Lili Creation while going to school to bring the vibrant textiles and rich cultural heritage of Ivory Coast to the world via social media. 

My passion for fashion and African culture inspired me to create unique designs that blend Africanism with modernism for both women and men. 

Starting with a small shop in Ivory Coast, I expanded to multiple stores and launched our website, www.lilicreation.net, to reach a global audience. Despite challenges, our commitment to quality and cultural celebration helped us grow. 

Today, Lili Creation has over five stores worldwide and a thriving online presence. My vision is to continue sharing Ivorian culture through fashion, making Lili Creation a recognized name in global fashion.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Building Lili Creation has had its challenges. Introducing Ivorian fashion globally required educating customers, managing complex logistics, and navigating cultural differences. Financial constraints also made expansion difficult. However, community support and positive customer feedback kept me motivated to share Ivorian culture with the world.
