Today we’d like to introduce you to Dawn Battle
Hi Dawn, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
How I started I was always that person that random people would come up to me and tell me their life story. I’m that friend that always was the listening ear without judgement. I had a few friends that were going to therapy for childhood trauma and they would come sit and talk to me and I would listen and give my thoughts. I would often hear them say that’s what my therapist said and you should look into becoming a psychiatrist or therapist. I would always say no but if you need an accountability partner I’ll be there for you. After being there for many people I would get you’re such an Angel or you’re such a Blessing. My friends start telling me that I should look into becoming a life coach. So in 2016 I decided to take the training to become a life coach. In 2019 I formed my LLC Angels Faith LLC. I chose Angels because so many people kept calling me an Angel. And since they put their faith in me to help them reach their goals I came up with Faith. And that how I choose the name of my business Angels Faith. I specialize in blended families for I am apart of one. I added grief coaching for I have been through so much grief first hand and I also trained for crisis counseling. Which brings me to How I started my podcast. I went through so much grief and trauma from 2020 the loss of my Father 2021 the loss of my better half and every month after for a whole year and a half I experienced grief. From my best friend getting shot five times to family and friends passing. I prayed and told God I don’t understand why this is happening but I trust you. I had to deal with all this while being strong and not showing weakness to my kids because I didn’t want to affect them more than what they are experiencing outside of the losses of our family member’s and friends. I prayed and asked God what should I do. One Sunday prophetess Lisa said Dawn God told me to tell you Podcast I don’t know what that means to you but that’s all he told me to tell you.. Then she said he said trust the process it will start small and it will grow. So I came up with Life Under Pressure with Renewed Strength. The name Life Under Pressure came from all the obstacles I encountered in life but still have to keep it together work and take care of my 3 kids. With Renewed Strength came from my line name. After dealing with so much God did Renew my Strength. On my podcast I talk about some of the things I went through and how my faith in God help me through it all. One way I cope is by writing poetry. I currently have two books out and are on Amazon. The Battle Before Dawn is a book about how I dealt with my grief. I’m currently writing The Battle which will go into detail about each grief experience.and how to not let it consume you. My second book is a collection of prayer poems by me and my co authors Women Who War
A poetic guide through spiritual warfare. I give all the credit to God. When I was going through and I didn’t understand the why’s but once I got through every situation. I started to have friends that started going through similar situations. I didn’t say the same because I know that everyone situation or crisis is different and unique to them. God says through love and kindness have I drawn the. I go by that. I got to where I am today by keeping my faith in God and helping people without judgement.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The struggles I had were self doubt on which topics to discuss on my podcast. But God always sent me confirmation. God also reminds me that he has given me everything I need to succeed. And God didn’t give me the spirit of fear. The process of becoming a life coach and a podcaster was smooth. I did my research on how to become a life coach and how to set up a podcast and I trusted the process. If I had to call anything a challenge it would be time management to produce more episodes more often. Which I’m working on.

I’m a life coach, podcaster, notary of the public for the state of Georgia, and an author. I specialize in blended families which I am apart of one and I also specialize in grief coaching. I’m most known for my strength in being an accountability coach and my poetry. I’m most proud of giving back my time through community service. I know you have to be a blessing in order to get a blessing. I currently have two books published and they are on sale on Amazon. What sets me apart from others are if you email me or message me I will answer. Even if I’m busy I try to find time to answer my podcast questions. What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I have learned is to keep God first and trust his process.
