Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Buchanan.
Hi Ashley, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Coming from Pittsburgh Pa, born into a broken family, mother with an addicted father absent. My guidance came from my grandmother she raised me to want more in life to be strong never take any shorts.
I became pregnant at a young age and couldn’t get a hold of the weight the pregnancy added so I fell into a depression fell for the worst men and I ended up in an abusive marriage. I had to make a change so after 7 years of marriage 5 children later I found myself in modeling and I grew enough strength to gather my children and move to the big city of Atlanta.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve had my share of bumps in the road I still struggle daily! I believe that I have a mission to tell my story to help others see that no matter your circumstances you can surpass all adversities and live your dream.
Trust in your self and everything will fall into place. In 2020 I moved to Atlanta. In 2023 was homeless. 2024 I’ve regained my faith and working on bettering myself to help my children and those watching my story.

I am resilient, I believe in myself, and I push through even when I’m told I can’t or won’t succeed. I love to see the best in others. I believe I am here to help women and men see the best in themselves and to believe in pushing on to their greatest potential.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Find like-minded people that share your interests. Seek people that are in a position of where you’re trying to go. Ask questions and be consistent in your pursuit of happiness.
