Hi Ariel, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am Hispanic, born and raised in New York but have called Georgia home for over 20 years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and have spent over two decades in the corporate world, gaining experience across various industries. I’ve always harbored a deep desire to start my own business and work with people I love. Building relationships and exceeding expectations are my passions. Establishing Personal Assistant Star has allowed me to combine my corporate expertise with my love for helping others, creating a business that truly supports and uplifts entrepreneurs and executives.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest challenge for me has been myself. Taking the leap to start my own business was daunting, and the fear of failure loomed large. Overcoming this fear has been a significant hurdle, but it has also been the most rewarding. Each challenge and setback has fueled my determination to work harder and smarter. I’ve learned that the key to overcoming fear is to embrace it, use it as a motivator, and persist in the face of adversity.
