Hi SHARIFA, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
This phase of my journey Started in 2022 when I made the decision to move to the US with 1 child, 1 lounge and 1 hope. And everything came crashing the very night we arrived.
Despite what was my lot I had to make a decision go back to or embrace my now reality and as a resilient jamaican I came up with a plan and I executed.
And so with that plan and execution within a year I took 1 persons 1 idea to help underserved small businesses and i turned it into a reality.
To date I have served over a 250 small business directly, co produce and funder raise one of the largest business conferences in our city.
Formed a company call Difpherent ( coaching , consulting, speaking and training) .
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

. No track record or prove in this country that I could do all the things I have done before

As the founder I created this company because I wanted to create a space for women in executive roles, leadership roles and businesses… mainly to work through life struggles, setback and failures so they could build the life and business they want by using and embracing their Authentic Confidence Talents to get to their posh life.
And so Helping them with Clarity, Direction and Guidance by the way of a plan was always the goal. It worked for me so why not share.
As. A Clarity Coach, Consultant & Speaker it is my belief that mindset is a catalyst with Clarity this can ramp you from the space of playing small or shrinking yourself to the limitations they told you so you told your self that.

. Life will give you things that you aren’t prepare for…however what you do with it will impact you significantly so access carefully, make your move, pivot if you must and keep going.
