Today we’d like to introduce you to Lyric Johnson
Hi Lyric, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Lyric J I am a 5th grade Principal Honor Roll gifted student, entrepreneur, speaker, model, author, and actress. I am the founder of Lyric J (The Modern day disciple ) I started my business when I was 3 year old. I’m currently 10 years old.
I’m beautiful, I’m smart and I can do all things is an affirmation that was initially handed down from a father to his beautiful black daughters who were struggling with the confidence of being who they naturally are compared to the image of what beauty, brains, and courage looks like in the world we live in today. This affirmation was then reinforced with Godly principles from a biblical perspective that would empower them to become something far greater than the mind could conceive, and give them the wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and courage that would dare them to become everything God said they could be. It is our desire that these inspired affirmations would serve as a guide to pull out and strengthen the great I AM in both you and your children. The minds of our children battle many things at a far greater pace than what we’ve previously known in any other generation, and as parents, we are charged with the responsibility to shape, nurture, encourage, and push them into the powerful work of art they were born to be. Everything great starts as an idea before it manifests to become what we know as a great thing, therefore if we shape the mind to be great from a youth then it’s safe to say in time we’ll see something powerful, authentic, and fearless in our children in the years to come.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing in life is smooth but God gives us the faith and confidence we need to stand in our truth as we do all the things he call us to do.
We’ve been impressed with Lyric J, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

empowers young voices to rise above, inspiring the world with stories of faith and resilience. Lyric J has attended many vending events and conferences in the Atlanta area. She has been interviewed on various platforms and podcast shows such as The Adrian Holmes , We are “Onederful” with Charla, Alauna & Dr Williams. Treasure Our Daughter’s academy just to name a few. She has hope to host her own self love conference that will gear towards empowering the youth before the school year starts this fall.
VISION: Through the power of self-wealth reading and faith-based values, Lyric J. Empire ignites the creative spark in young minds, empowering them to dream big and build a brighter future.

What sets you apart from others?
I am authentically the me that God has created me to be. What are you most proud brand wise? I am proud that I am walking out the things that I love and desire. I love acting and speaking to youth about Jesus. I have been granted amazing opportunities to be in shows, movies and using my platform to spread the word of God. With everything that is going on in our world we need jesus. My book inspires and motivates children and adults alike to lean in his strength and not ours alone.
