Today we’d like to introduce you to Brionne Alford & Antonique Peterson
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Brionne and Antonique are long time friends born and raised in New Orleans. Our husband’s both played in the NFL for 9+ years. (Brionne’s for the Falcons and Cardinals & Antonique’s for the Cardinals, Vikings, and Steelers)
Brionne has lived in Alpharetta for 10 years. Antonique has been here for 2 1/2 years. Brionne is a mental health professional, children’s book author, wife and mother of 2 while Antonique is a Family Medicine physician, wife and mother of 2.
They both began their Pilates journey’s after the birth of their second daughter’s and quickly fell in love with the exercise.
Attended many Pilates studios in the area but never found one that truly fit what we were hoping to achieve both body wise and in building a community.
When we visited JETSET Pilates, it felt like home.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some obstacles were:
“Should we franchise or should be do it ourselves?”
Finding the perfect space.
Balancing a new business while also being a mom, wife, and friend.
Not being fully in control because we are having to rely on construction timelines, permits, setbacks with vendors etc. It’s been a very humbling but exciting experience.

JETSET Pilates is a modern Pilates inspired full body workout that incorporates strength training and cardio, while on a modern customized JETSET reformer.
JETSET Pilates provides a 50 minute workout that is accessible for all fitness levels. We are a musically inspired Pilates workout with a creative choreographed routine and seamless transitions.
JETSET prides itself on creating a luxury, accessible, modern Pilates experience where no workout is the same. We have our own custom JETSET reformer, DJ curated playlists and we work hard to ensure that our studios focus on building an authentic sense of community and inclusivity. Our purpose is for everyone to feel like they belong while getting a great workout.
