With a strong background in Renovation Management and Short-Term Property Management, I began my career in real estate, transforming homes through creative and thoughtful renovations. The opportunity to take a property from neglected and run-down to something stunning and full of life is something I truly love doing. Understanding the power of real estate as a reliable source of passive income, I sought to diversify my portfolio and was introduced to the Salon Suite business. With the guidance of a coach, I successfully launched my salon suite venture, and the journey has been incredibly rewarding.
While my initial goal was financial growth, I’ve found immense fulfillment in creating a supportive space for entrepreneurs to build their own businesses. Offering others a secure and inspiring environment where they can thrive has been an unexpected but deeply meaningful blessing. Through ongoing learning and staying in tune with industry developments, I remain committed to both the expansion of my business and the success of the entrepreneurs I serve.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Every project comes with its own set of challenges, and I’ve learned to approach them head-on. My strategy is to break down each task and tackle them one at a time, ensuring I stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed. During the full renovation of the salon, we faced significant hurdles, including delays with city permits and issues with contractors. However, with the training and guidance from my mentor, I was able to navigate these challenges far more effectively than if I had attempted it alone. That support was invaluable in helping me overcome obstacles and keep the project on track
