Today we’d like to introduce you to Miles Richards
Hi Miles, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Ive been active and in sports most of my life but it wasn’t until I got to Georgia State and learned about exercise science as a major that became infatuated with health and wellness. Especially considering it for a career path. After I tore my patella tendon in 2018 I decided that it wasnt enough to just focus one aspect of wellness but a holistic approach to a better life in general. Since then ive started personal training and strength and conditioning coach with that held in mind. Ive trained all populations from athletes to outpatient individuals and have had so much fulfillment in doing so.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Its not been a smooth rode in the slightest. The Pandemic through sone hurdles that I’m still jumping BUT learning to run a business doesn’t come over night. Through it all. It’s still been a blessing to work for myself for a few years
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I’m a trainer/coach in the fitness industry. My goal is to make health and wellness as simple as possible so as many people as I can help have a better quality of life.
If you need help getting into shape, finding out how to eat healthy, or just need accountability for taking care of your health. I’m here to help.
