Check Out Deeboyht’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Deeboyht

Hi DeeBoyHT, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been back and forth to atlanta all my life pretty much , It be alot of confusion about where im from foreal but I was actually born and rasied in Miami Dade County (Carol City) I first moved to Georgia when I was 8 and ever since then its been back and forth. The real motion started when I turned 18 and had my own money to travel I would stay in miami for about a year or two and then go back to atlanta whenever I got tired of home I guess , It wasn’t alot of stability but I feel like I manifested the lifestyle by coming up with Hood Tourist. My objective has been to push my name and my brand out to other places so people can really know what Hood Tourist means and what it stands for ya know being everywhere you not and making a impact in those places.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The only thing I struggle with is figuring out where I actually want to stay and be foreal. Once you start moving around alot you find alot of other different things you end up wanting to be apart of. I just left new york and was telling myself I could see myself living there too. Back at home in Florida I be with my family alot so I just be missing them and thats what be making me want to stay there but I know I gotta spread my wings still. I’d say yea its been type smooth because im still building as I go like every move every motion be for something beneficial.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I do graphic design for my brand Hood Tourist, I rap, I skate, I DJ , I edit my own music videos. Right now im taking rap more serious id say my music is the main thing thats been going really good for me I make atleast 1 song a day now and before when I first started rapping in 2021 i’d try so hard to just make a song exist and now its way easier for me I dont gotta do too much ya boy got way better at punching in and everything. I want to eventually learn how to make my own beats so I literally dont have to go to nobody for nothing like I wanna be way more self made than I already am foreal. What sets me apart from others is I dont really try I think thats what it really be like I try but my energy towards everything is whatever happens is gonna happen im just gonna keep doing what I do the way I know and see where it lead me to. In my opinion sometimes wanting something so bad to the point where you lose the authentic drive you naturally have for is what throw people off ya know or like cherishing something so much you lose control. If you create something you gotta know how to destroy it too. People that try to cheat they way through by copying other people and not really executing they projects or whatever they call it that they be trying to do not really gonna last if you ask me. You can make or say you own anything nowadays and that might even pop but id rather just have authentic work thats literally off my face and not compared to what the next person did.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
To the people reading this man dont listen to other peoples opinions and spend more time with yourself and you’ll truly figure out whats meant for you and what you actually capable of. Take breaks from the internet and work on building your actual person and character. Life only hard as you make it so stay on point dont let nothing throw you off ya motion keep that thang going 25/8!
